Paris · 2021Rehabilitation of the Pullman hotel and a new mixed-use quarter for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield — shopping centre, car park, offices, social housing and a nursery. Scope: €450M, in the heart of Montparnasse.
Tour Duo
Paris · 2023Construction of the Jean Nouvel twin towers — a Philippe Starck hotel and the headquarters of the BPCE group. Scope: €270M, a new landmark on the Paris skyline.
Campus Engie
La Garenne-Colombes · 2023–2024Construction of the new headquarters campus for the Engie group. Scope: €340M.
Tour Pleyel
Saint-Denis · 2023Heavy structural overhaul and conversion of the tower into the H Hotel. Scope: €145M.
